Dr. Oshmi Pal founded RESET Physiotherapy Clinic to help people move better, recover with confidence and return to the life they value. Her clinical foundation rests on a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Disorders, complemented by specialised international training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) in Prague, DNS Manual Therapy in the Czech Republic, Osteopathy in Spain, Fascial Manipulation® and Chiropractic.

With a personal background in sport and athletic movement, she understands the demands that training, performance and recovery place on the body. Her practice includes working with athletes and active individuals, helping them manage injuries, rebuild strength and return to the activities they enjoy.
